Browsing the directory is free and needs no account. An employer account, once we have checked it, opens full names, phone numbers, email addresses and CVs.

What an account gives you

Full names and contact details

The public directory shows a first name and an initial. Signed in and subscribed, you see the full name, mobile number, email address and visa status.

CV downloads

The CV as the candidate wrote it, straight from the listing. Every download is recorded, which is what lets us promise candidates their document is not being passed around.

Genesis Verified candidates

We check certificates and call references on part of the pool. Those profiles carry a badge, and you can filter the directory down to only them.

ADOC-trained coders

Genesis trains and certifies coders on the Abu Dhabi Outpatient Classification. Those people are in here, marked as such — alongside case managers, billers and AR staff who never touch ADOC.
